The Victim Crisis Assistance Ontario (VCAO) Program provides support for individuals affected by crime and tragic circumstance that is client-centered and culturally-competent. Staff work in partnership with Police, Emergency Services, and other community service providers to meet the immediate needs of individuals who have been victimized as a result of a crime or tragic circumstance.
